Tonight I worked on the Knight and his entourage…

The horse trappings are two tone, not that you can see in the image above, but it is a bit more apparent in the next one…

I also picked up the Flintloque stuff I said I would buy off my mate,

I think there are a mixture of the deserter army and dark elf guerrillas and line troops (oh and a werewolf). I will get these stripped and add them to my pile of shame.
Covid News is that we have another three new cases and that three of the original 70 are now in hospital and are poorly. It does seem though that we are slowing and that people were on the whole sensible. One of My wife’s colleagues has it and although feeling crap they seem to be okay. They got it whilst eating in one of the restaurants I mentioned a few posts ago. On the up side we are still in tier three as we locked down and are able to do so…But we will now be home schooling until Feb 1st at the earliest.
That knighht is lookking good, a nice haul oif Flintloque minis too.
Cheers,
Pete.

Dude, that Green Knight is looking good! Still not sure I like the contrast paint “look”, but I can’t wait to see how you finish the miniature! You are way ahead of me, I’m still playing with armor colors – Time to go post something!

Nice. Agree with Eric. Contrast paints definitely are nice, but need additional help I think. Varnish I find adds another element to them as well.

So you ended up back at green then, it does really suit that miniature though.
I used to have a load of Flintloque stuff, all British Orc’s, sold it off a while back at a show, I like the game though, good luck with these.
Looks like I’m going to have to shield again, still it does mean more time to paint.
Cheers Roger.

Cheers Roger, green did seem the obvious answer, I did think red or blue, but ended up back to square one. It’s a bugger you are going to have to shield again.
