Today my good lady and I decided to just go to the chip shop for dinner. I am really glad we did as it meant we saw the Aurora on the way home, before the clouds rolled in…

The photo is a bit naff as it was taken on my phone, but the green can definitely be seen.
I managed to get some painting done too. A but more on the 6mm Italian Wars and also, as they were right in front if me, the two from the Rohan range…

I like the Rohan models particualrly – where are they from?

Cheers, they come from a Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/ThePrintingGoesEverOn/ They are doing the whole LOTR books as opposed to the films. Last month there were the Woses… this month the Harradrim. To be fair they went to big in my mind for the Mumakil. They were ‘inspired’ by the one in the film. I might be able to shrink it down a bit, or actually just use a Carthiginian war elephant I already have.

Nice! 🙂 I like the Rohan figures, the sky picture and chips (although you forgot to include pics of the chips)!

I’ve now a real hankering for chippy-style chips!
Nice to see the lights too, they look so pretty.
I’m also going to echo the sentiment of the Rohan models, they look really nice.

Great Trifecta, but definitely not a romantic – dinner with the good wife, Northern Auroa on the way home, and straight to the paint desk!
