This evening I decided to get on with the Florentine forces.

Tomorrow I will hopefully get the patchy planes shoved onto the bases, then flagged and varnished…

Speaking of varnish… Earlier I went to put a second layer of mat varnish on something and somehow managed to pick up a can of black, shook it for ages and somehow missed anything important. The grass looks a bit burnt, but that can be flocked over.
