Well, my Polymyalgia decided to give me a bit of a kicking today. All I did was take the dog for a walk this morning and then moved a hen run and dug a 30cm wide by 50cm deep hole. I actually needed to go and lie down.

I can empathise with you on this! Funnily enough (well, OK, not really) it was digging and tidying up grass edging on paths that kicked off my polymyalgia in the first place! Hope this passes for you! 🙂
