“I will walk 500 steps and I will walk 500 more just to be the man who falls down at your door.
I managed just under one thousand steps today. Most of it has been spent feeling crap in bed.
I reckon I will still be here tomorrow if my wife is anything to go by. In fact the whole family is under the weather.
I couldn’t even be bothered to watch YouTube. Well I started watching It and kind of woke up to various Christmas crafting videos.

Not good mate, hope its a short lived bug and you and family start to feel better soon. Loads of people been feel bad down near Manchester area, just that time of year I guess.
