Tonight I was going to work on my Samurai turtles etc, I even got them sprayed white. I let the dog out and realised the Aurora Borealis were out playing.
I ended up out there in the snow in my slippers and without a coat… chilly doesn’t even come close.
Hopefully I will get something painted soon!

We tend to just get green skies here, but I have got photos of a multi hued version too.

Even the green is pretty. I count myself as pretty lucky to have seen them and got to explore the wilderness up there in my youth. A lot of people visit the North just to see the Lights and never get a chance to. 🙁

Totally agree, when they are out I often find out that I am freezing as I have spent too long out without a coat or shoes!
