So says one of my favourite Terry Pratchett characters ‘Granny Weatherwax’.
So what have I been up to in my hiatus… sod all really. Well okay, I have discovered Fallout 76, as well as rebuilding in Fallout 4.
To be honest being knackered all the time hasn’t helped. I ended up back in the doctor’s yesterday because of it. So more blood tests are taking place next Tuesday, and a chest x-Ray sometime soon. Everyone is flummoxed as to what is wrong with me, including me. It could be a extension of the poly myalgia. The doctor is basically ruling out everything else. Thankfully we have the NHS, otherwise I would be skint.
So the bit of a bugger on the horizon is that the school will be closed in June and all of my staff and I will be redeployed elsewhere. Sadly, not together. Technically we are being mothballed, but….!
Funnily enough the doctor did wonder if there is a bit of a correlation between school closure and my poor health.
Get well soon. Never nice being unwell.
Cheers,
Pete.

How are Fallout 76 and 4? I apparently started Fallout 4, but then got sidetracked and never went back to it.

Personally I love Fallout 4. Massive open world with a great dose of settlement building and defence. I finished the main story, but am redoing it with another of the factions. Fallout 76 is different in that it has a lot of the above but is online and is just different enough to be annoying.

Ah, I usually prefer single player games. That’s what kept me from 76 in the first place. Thanks for the info, I’ll have to give 4 another spin!

Actually 76 has PVE and so far people have been cool and super high level players are gifting me gear. I am too but at level 20 my stuff I am giving a level 1 is nowhere near the gear the level 600 gave me

That’s cool that people are actually nice. I don’t know what it is about Online games, maybe it’s when I finally get free time that I just don’t want to deal with people. Probably why I like painting minis, haha!

Sorry to hear that you’re not doing too well. I know how debilitating it can be to be tired all the time. Hopefully they figure out the cause soon and can do something practical to help

It is amazing what our minds can do for us, including makes us sick when life get’s to chaotic. I often wonder if it’s the way our mind is trying to tell us, slow down, let me heal the stuff you can’t see.
Good luck with he re-deployment and getting back to ship-shape!

I hope that the tests find a very easy-to-treat condition.
