So we are into January and Fire Festival season is upon us. First up is the Scalloway one. This is the one I usually go and watch. Well my mates house is on the route and they have their Birthday on the 11th so they always combine the two.

  1. I went to the “Up Helly Aa” in Lerwick around 1997 and had a great time. let us know what character the “Guizer Jarl” is representing this year, I think on 31 January, as if I remember it is the last Tuesday in January.
