One of the kids at the Geek Club really likes wolves so I have printed her three new ones at 150%.
On Friday in Geek Club we made the start on a cave for them.
I spent more time on the foam than finishing my lizardman. We still have to get some foil work on the rock and base area. It is still a bit boxy, but will sort that next week.
This evening I sorted out the new chemical tank. This one is a little more complex than the other one. It has screens and buttons etc, but it is still going to work well.
I have sprayed it black ready for the white dry brush tomorrow.
I am printing a second one right now. My plan is to have at lest two joined by a walkway. Three would be better but I am not sure if I can be bothered to paint three.
Well I got nothing physical done this evening, but I did slice a pile of chemical works terrain pieces.
I didn’t get in until 20.30 as I had to pick my wife up from the airport.
Hopefully things will be done tomorrow evening.
The giant chemical drum will be finished on about an hour or two.
Well I downloaded Alien Isolation… bad for two reasons… one I need to change my underwear and two I got sod all done this evening.
For anyone who hasn’t got a clue what I am talking about… the game is set after Alien. Ripley’s daughter is trying to find some information about her mother’s disappearance.
Off they pop to Sevastapol Station (a giant space station) where it is believed that the voice recorder from the Nostromo has been deposited. Weyland Yutani has bought the station off Seegson… basically two mega corporations… with good old Weyland winning the total spithead of the year award.
Sadly the voice recorder is not the only thing to have arrived on the space station. I am now hiding in a locker in game until my heart rate slows down a bit. Sadly the beating AI is very good and it will start checking them.
Oh yeah a xenomorh is only one of my problems!
Well, whilst looking for something else I found my set of Greebles for the MDF Terrain
I also found my missing marines and skeletons.. so success all around!
Well this evening I was a busy boy! I redid the new vehicle and added my own supports and they seem to be working, the first build plate was a success. This included failure pieces from yesterday.
I also did some posters for the terrain, first off they were far too big, so I had to shrink them down by 50%.
My nail art jewels came today to become rivets on the MDF terrain.
I also did some painting and glueing too…
Well, not sure why, but I achieved very little this evening. Sliced a new vehicle to be abandoned as well as cleaned and cured a pile of things too.
Sadly the bloody print failed, it was too late to faff on with it so I will clean the tank tomorrow and add my own supports too as the miniature fell off the ones that came with the pre supports.
Hopefully I will get it sorted tomorrow.

So in the above photo you can see the sacks and liquid containers. I still have to sort out the tote bags which are a similar size to the above. As I said o. An earlier post; I am going to cover the front with a tarpaulin. This will hide the solid plastic windows. Yes I probably could paint them, but it would be a right faff so I will hide them.
Well WordPress continues to mess with my head. This should now be 25 days in a row… we shall see!😬😬
So the other day I was up to something like 19 days straight. I post today and I am now down to 3.
It has today, yesterday, 2 days, 3, 4,5,6,7 and then dates from then on!
