I am getting there with these.

I have definitely turned the corner with these. I now am beginning to like them. They still have quite a way to go to get them finished. Unfortunately the majority of the base coat colours are in work so some of the highlighting will have to wait until tomorrow evening. I will probably do something with the white eyes add a yellowish tint to them.

Finishing the bases will also make a big difference to them too. It was nice to be able to just sit and paint for an hour.

I would have done some yesterday but after replacing three walls on the aviary and the tiling behind the new cooker I really couldn’t be bothered.
